Dr. Lorraine Moncrieffe received her Doctor of Optometry from the Centro Escolar University. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Moncrieffe is an optometrist in Belleville, Ontario dedicated to providing high-quality eye care for patients of all ages.
She believes in building lasting relationships with her patients through attentive, individualized care. Through examinations and ongoing care, Dr. Moncrieffe works to identify subtle changes in vision and eye health while ensuring her patients understand their eye care needs.
Her goal is simple: to help every patient feel informed, comfortable and confident that their vision is being well cared for.

Office Coordinator
Emily has been a valued member of the team since 2018. She helps keep the practice running smoothly while providing friendly, attentive support and creating a welcoming experience for every patient. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping make each visit comfortable and positive.
Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, baking, and pursuing creative projects. Her warmth, organization, and attention to detail make her a valued part of the practice.
Meet Jyoti
Ophthalmic Technician
With an international background in optometry from Nepal and over 8 years of experience in eye care, Jyoti has been part of the team since 2025. In her role as an Ophthalmic Technician, she assists with pre-testing, diagnostic testing, contact lens training, and clinic operations. She has completed postgraduate studies in healthcare administration and is passionate about providing patient-centered care.
Outside of work, Jyoti enjoys cooking, travelling, going on adventures, exploring nature and unwinding with her favourite TV series.
